cricex Online Gaming Platform

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and cricex ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at cricex.vu and any associated subdomains or mobile applications.

cricex is an internationally licensed online gaming operator offering sports betting, live casino, slot games, snooker betting, and other gaming products. The Platform is designed primarily to serve players in Pakistan, with payment integration including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20, and with content and support structures tailored for Pakistani users across Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Faisalabad, Rawalpindi, and other cities.

By accessing the cricex platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the cricex platform.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the cricex website, games, sportsbook, casino, and any related services operated by cricex.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the cricex platform.
• "Balance" means the total real-money funds held in a Player's cricex wallet at any given time, excluding any bonus funds unless otherwise specified.
• "Bonus Funds" means non-withdrawable promotional credits added to a Player's account subject to wagering requirements.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity verification process required by cricex to confirm a Player's identity, age, and payment method ownership.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered on eligible games before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Prohibited Activity" means any action or omission described as prohibited in Clause 9 of these Terms.
• "USDT TRC20" means Tether USD (USDT) transmitted on the TRON blockchain network, one of the supported cryptocurrency deposit and withdrawal methods at cricex.

Use of the cricex platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of account registration and at all times during which you use cricex services.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law, as determined from time to time by cricex at its sole discretion.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or entity when creating or using a cricex account.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order, voluntary or otherwise, issued by cricex or any other gaming operator.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of any employee or contractor of cricex or its affiliated companies.

To access real-money gaming services at cricex, you must create a registered account. The following conditions apply to all cricex accounts:

• One Account Per User: Each individual may hold only one registered account with cricex. Holding multiple accounts, whether in the same name, mobile number, IP address, device, or payment method, is a breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure with forfeiture of balances.
• Accurate Information: You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC or passport, your date of birth, and a valid Pakistani mobile number.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your cricex login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. cricex will never ask for your password via chat, SMS, or email. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact cricex support immediately.
• Account Ownership: cricex accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, or transfer your account to another person under any circumstances.

cricex reserves the right to decline any registration application or to close any existing account at its discretion, including where it suspects that the information provided is inaccurate, incomplete, or fraudulent.

In compliance with our international licensing obligations and applicable anti-money laundering (AML) requirements, cricex is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawal requests. The KYC process requires submission of the following documentation:

• Proof of Identity: A clear copy of your Pakistani CNIC (both sides) or valid passport. The document must be current and clearly legible.
• Proof of Payment Method: Where required, confirmation that the JazzCash or EasyPaisa account used for deposits is registered in your name. For bank transfers, a screenshot or statement confirming account ownership.
• Additional Documentation: cricex reserves the right to request additional verification documents in specific circumstances, including but not limited to source of funds declarations for accounts processing high-value transactions.

Until KYC verification is complete, withdrawal requests will not be processed. cricex makes reasonable efforts to review submitted documentation within 24–48 hours during standard business hours. Players are advised to complete KYC verification early in their account lifecycle to avoid delays when withdrawing winnings.

cricex accepts deposits via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. The following conditions apply to all deposits made on the Platform:

• All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited and may result in account suspension and return of funds.
• Minimum deposit amounts are set at PKR 100 for JazzCash and EasyPaisa, PKR 500 for HBL and UBL bank transfers, PKR 200 for SadaPay, and the equivalent of approximately USD 5 for USDT TRC20 deposits. These minimums are subject to change at cricex's discretion.
• cricex does not charge platform fees on standard deposits. However, your payment service provider (e.g. JazzCash, your bank) may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside the control of cricex.
• Deposit transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified. USDT TRC20 deposits are converted to PKR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit processing.
• cricex reserves the right to reject or reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, associated with money laundering, or in breach of these Terms.

The following terms govern withdrawal requests made through the cricex platform:

• Withdrawal requests will only be processed for accounts that have completed KYC verification as described in Clause 5.
• Withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, unless cricex support approves an alternative method in writing.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by method: JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within a few hours of approval; HBL and UBL bank transfers may take 1–2 business days; USDT TRC20 withdrawals are released at standard network confirmation speeds.
• cricex reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal request, including source of funds declarations for high-value transactions.
• Any balance consisting solely of bonus funds that has not met applicable wagering requirements is not eligible for withdrawal. Only real-money balance and winnings derived from completed wagering requirements may be withdrawn.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts and any applicable fees are displayed within the account withdrawal interface and may be updated by cricex from time to time.

cricex offers a range of promotional offers to registered players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and tournament prizes. The following general terms apply to all cricex promotions:

• Each promotion is subject to specific terms and conditions that are presented at the point of bonus activation. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the specific terms of each offer before accepting it.
• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before any winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limits are specified in the individual promotion terms.
• cricex reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings if it reasonably determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim offers multiple times, or exploiting promotion mechanics in a manner not intended by cricex.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player. Welcome bonus eligibility requires a minimum qualifying first deposit as specified in the active promotion at the time of registration.
• Free spin winnings are typically added as bonus funds and subject to the wagering requirement specified in the free spin promotion terms.
• Promotional offers may be withdrawn, modified, or substituted at any time at cricex's sole discretion without prior notice, except where a player has already accepted and activated a specific offer.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cricex platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant legal authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information during registration, KYC, or at any other stage of account use.
• Money Laundering: Using the cricex platform in connection with any transaction intended to conceal the origin of illegally obtained funds.
• Multiple Accounts: Registering or operating more than one account per individual for any purpose, including to circumvent self-exclusion or to claim multiple welcome bonuses.
• Underage Gambling: Accessing the platform or placing bets while under 21 years of age.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, automated software, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit game outcomes, or manipulate the platform in an automated manner not consistent with genuine human play.
• Collusion: Working in coordination with other players or with casino staff to gain an unfair advantage in any game on the cricex platform, including live dealer games.
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment reversals through your bank or payment provider while retaining winnings or bonus funds.
• Exploitation of Software Errors: Deliberately exploiting any technical malfunction, software error, or glitch in cricex systems to derive a financial advantage. Any winnings derived from software errors will be voided.

cricex is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all of its products and player interactions. The following responsible gaming tools are available to every registered cricex user and can be accessed directly from within the account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Once set, deposit limits take effect immediately. Requests to reduce limits are actioned immediately; requests to increase limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Alerts: Players can set time-based alerts that notify them when a specified duration of continuous play has elapsed, helping maintain awareness of session length.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen prompts can be configured to appear at set intervals during gaming sessions, displaying session duration and net win/loss figures.

• Account Closure: Players wishing to permanently close their cricex account may do so by contacting support. Any remaining balance will be returned to the verified payment method on file after meeting applicable withdrawal conditions.

All content on the cricex platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, images, audio, video, and data compilations, is the intellectual property of cricex or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the cricex platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any cricex content without prior written authorisation;
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on cricex platform content;
• Use the cricex brand, name, logo, or trademarks in any manner without express written consent from cricex;
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to extract data from the cricex platform.

Any unauthorised use of cricex intellectual property may result in immediate account closure and may expose you to civil or criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• cricex provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While cricex makes reasonable efforts to ensure continuous platform availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service at all times.
• cricex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including financial losses, loss of data, or loss of profits, even if cricex has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• cricex's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 12-month period preceding the claim.
• cricex is not responsible for any technical issues arising on the user's side, including but not limited to internet connectivity failures, device malfunctions, or mobile network outages, including those commonly experienced on Pakistani telecommunications networks.
• Nothing in these Terms limits cricex's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

cricex reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion. Circumstances in which such action may be taken include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a withdrawal request;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion;
• Discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Clause 3;
• Instructions from regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, or payment processors;
• Account inactivity for a continuous period exceeding 24 months, subject to applicable regulations regarding dormant account balances.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, cricex reserves the right to withhold any balance in the account pending investigation and, where applicable, to remit funds to regulatory authorities or return them to the depositing payment method after deducting any ill-gotten winnings.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which cricex holds its international gaming licence. By using the cricex platform, you agree that any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts designated by the applicable licensing authority.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting cricex support in writing. cricex will make reasonable efforts to respond to and resolve any complaint within 14 business days of receipt.

In the event that an informal resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism specified by cricex's licensing authority. Full details of the applicable dispute resolution procedure are available from the cricex support team upon request.

cricex reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made that significantly affect player rights or obligations, cricex will provide reasonable notice of the changes via:

• A notice displayed prominently on the cricex platform;
• An in-platform notification to registered accounts; or
• An SMS to the registered mobile number on file, where appropriate.

Your continued use of the cricex platform after any amendment comes into effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates the date of the most recent revision. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you should cease using the cricex platform and request account closure.
